In a small town, there is a special cat named Whiskers who has the unusual ability to predict the weather. Every morning, before the weather forecast is announced, Whiskers exhibits strange behavior. If he starts chasing his tail, it means a storm is coming. If he curls up in a ball and sleeps all day, it's a sign of heavy rain. The townspeople have learned to rely on Whiskers' unique talents to stay prepared for any weather changes.
